Steen Villa, referred to by many residents as “The Villa” comprises of 700 units built in a series of one, two and three storey blocks around court yard spaces. It is located in Cape Town on Military Road, adjacent to the Steenberg Station, bus and taxi routes. It is in close proximity to public facilities and amenities. Nearby you will find many places of worship and a community recreation hall. Creches, as well as primary and high schools are close to the site.
A focus has been on environmentally friendly design and accommodating people with special needs. Access to The Villa is through gated security and parking is available on site, close to the units. Like all our complexes, visitors are strictly controlled and become the tenants responsibility within the complex. The site is managed and maintained by dedicated staff.
