Valley View
Valley View is a 157 unit development on the crest of Charles Winser Drive, Hillary. Units are built as two to four storey walk up blocks of flats. The flats are two bedroom units overlooking the city and suburb of Seaview and Hillary. The units overlook a valley of bushveld thicket that is part of the D’Moss conservancy and have their own open space recreation area on the development.

Valley View is located in the suburb of Hillary and is close to routes to work and recreational, health, shopping and some educational opportunities.
You will live close to major transport facilities and enjoy panoramic views over the city and D’Moss areas.
We offer the above accommodation subject to certain criteria, such as subsidy qualification, credit worthiness, willingness to sign and abide by the lease and house rules and compatibility with the community.
Should you wish to make an application for accommodation at Valley View, you will need to phone the office for an initial screening to obtain an application form. Documents required to be submitted with the application form are:

•	Certified copy of your ID
•	Certified copy of marriage certificate if married, divorce certificate or death certificate, if applicable
•	Certified copy of birth certificate or identity document of dependants
•	Proof of previous residence
•	Proof of permanent residence if you are not a South African citizen
•	Original current payslip and a certified copy
•	Original current three month bank statement.

Your application will considered by the Provincial Housing Board after submission by SOHCO. Once approved you will be required to pay an initial deposit equal to two months of your rental and your first month's rent prior to occupation.
You will also be required to pay administration fees.
Your application will be subject to a credit check and affordability assessment.
