Your application will considered
by the Provincial Housing Board
after submission by SOHCO. Once
approved you will be required to
pay an initial deposit equal to
two months of your rental and
your first month's rent prior to
occupation.
You will also be required to pay
administration fees.
Your application will be subject
to a credit check and
affordability assessment. |
